Pathetic service

I bought one of their sim cards to make use of their products. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic. I struggled now for 2 weeks to get in contact with them regarding their products and the activation of my sim card. There is no telephone number where I can phone. Their website is useless to complain on. I received numerous emails from them and reply to that but still no help. They ***** peoples money by promoting a product to buy and after you buy it you struggle for help. Sorry to say but rain please remove your products or sort your customer service out quickly.
