Pathetic Service

I have been trying to get support from Rain and these support guys have no clue what they doing. They cannot even check to see if the sim is connected on their side instead i must tell them what my device shows. If they cannot see whether it connections or not then why have a support function.

What makes matters worst is that Rain clearly decided to cut cost and outsource the support centre to an Indian based company who sits in India and cannot connect with their callers.
