You suck!!!!!! I'm an existing customer and you allow your courier company to dictate to YOU. You're losing a customer - 4G and 5G Premium packages. Well done!!!

29 Jul 2021, 18:09I order a 5G premium package and as an existing customer I had the courier at my front door with my delivery but he refused to hand me the parcel as I only have a certified copy of my ID. My address changed since I signed up but my ID certainly didn’t. I spoke to two different people at RAIN who said they will arrange with the courier to deliver the router and SIM only to be told by a RAIN consultant that it cannot be done. Again I stress, existing customer. So I expect a full refund of the R699 I paid and currently I feel like suing you for loss of business too
