Pathetic service

The 5G internet we are paying for is useless. It is slow and buff all the time. I gave been complaining for a while. When you phone you stay on hold for 15-20 min.if you ask for support on the app, they reply and give you a reference number, telling you they will be in contact but it never happens. Today we have no service. Buff every few minutes.
