Pathetic service

I have been having a challenge on paying for their services as I am experiencing a technical problem with my bank and I have notified them, that once the issue is sorted, a payment will be made, and they keep trying to get the payment with the card that is saved with them and every time it is rejected I accumulate charges, and I asked them to stop with no success.....
