Pathetic service

I purchased a package from Rain, and to this day, I still haven’t received the device. It’s been a complete nightmare from the start. They were quick to take my money, but after that silence. No delivery updates, no tracking, no proper communication. Just nothing.

Out of frustration, I tried to cancel the service. But the moment you mention “cancellation” to their agents, the calls mysteriously get dropped. It’s happened more than once — clearly a tactic they use to avoid dealing with cancellations. It’s honestly disgraceful.

Their customer service is an absolute joke. You can’t get through to anyone who’s actually helpful. Emails go unanswered, calls get cut off, and the online “support” is just an endless loop of useless chatbots and automated messages.

At this point, I feel ****med. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay FAR away from Rain. They clearly have no respect for their customers once they have your payment. Shocking service.
