Pathetic service, ******

I would give them -1stars if I could, I have been having problems with my data for 1and a half months. In March I contacted them to help with the issue, they told me to do a hard reset, change the position of the router, change the settings on my phone, literally everything possible was done but nothing worked, I then asked to speak to a supervisor, we tried changing the sim card, it didn't help, I specifically told them if It doesn't get resolved, cancel my rain and I will go with fibre, they didn't help me even though I called numerous times, finally I sent an email to them to cancel as I stated with the agents, which is supposedly recorded, and also clarified that I will not be charged for the terrible data service that I received, as I was totally fed up and frustrated for paying for pathetic service, they still took off from my account, this is *****ing from people, don't ever sign up with these ******
