Pathetic Service

Rain has pathetic service. I was recommended to get Rain while I wait for my Fibre to be installed. As it is month to month. I app**** online and a agent called me almost instantly. Sent me a link to make payment which I did. Surprise Surprise no payment received even though my bank statement proves otherwise. This all happened on the 26th of August 2022. It is the 16th of September 2022 no call no email no nothing to say the query has been escalated. Absolutely pathetic. I will never recommend them to anyone.
