PATHETIC SERVICE

Good day, This is by far the most pathetic customer service you could ever receive. I just need assistance in porting my number out to another service provider as I am not satisfied with Rain. I am unable to do so, as every time I phone the customer care line, they keep on telling me that my account is in arrears and I need to make a payment before I can port out, hence I've sent my bank statements to them, and my account is paid UP TO DATE. I've requested to speak to a manager or someone capable of assisting me but until this date still no assistance received. I am so frustrated and would definitely not recommend anyone using their services!!
