Pathetic service

Rain is the most useless company you can get. I received my sim card on Thursday 07 January and its not working at all. I've been trying to get hold of them since Thursday 07 January, I spoke to like 100 different people, and this one sent me to that one. But until today I still cant use my sim. I am so disappointed in them and the staff members have attitudes with you. I just requested a refund and they gave me a refnr, so I said they have to sent me an email so that I have it on record, but the lady couldn't do that. So I would not recommend them to anyone
