Pathetic service

I've been waiting for a month for a manager from your billing department to CALL ME. No one has called or looked into my billing query but I get messages that I OWE YOU. If no one CALLS ME I will hand the matter over to the Ombudsman. My doctor says I NEED YO REDUCE STRESS but Rain has got me so stressed out, I can't even think straight
