Pathetic Service

Hi I have app**** for 5G router and it was supposed to be collected about a month ago since it was not working in my area and still no one has come to collect it. I have called a lot of times and was advised that they will collect it,34 days later am advised that they will bill my account on the 31st,I hope you do debit my account so that I sue you from hell and back. I know decided to call you customer care and now am talk to lady by the name of Eisha from India, I could not hear half of what she was saying. I feel like we are betrayed as South Africans that so much high unemployment rate in this country but the hire people from India as the outsourced company but why not do this here in South Africa where we are situated? Now I want assistance and I get a person with foreign English accent, when I ask her where she is from, she saying she is based in India. That's why we don't get proper service while the paying them peanuts due to cheap labour when we getting inconvenienced in the process. Please sort out your nonsense ASAP
