Pathetic service

Useless support service. My internet has been down since Friday night. I called numerous times just so they can tell me to switch my router off for 20 minutes. Then I call again. I can't get transferred to either the network department NOR a manager or even a supervisor as they are not allowed to transfer calls. I was promised a call back from network manager, then 3 other supervisors. Michelle, Tessa and Dumisa.. I've spoke to the following techs. Adonis. Wayne Vakash and some I can't remember. The service is SOOO pathetic. My ref is ***.
