Pathetic service
I have been one of the most loyal supporters of Rain 5g and was excited in April 2020 when I got it. Today I have given up after months of struggling please help to have my subscription cancelled. Here are the stats 04/09 -17:45 in the richest mile in Africa - 5.33 mbps download and 0.54mbps upload. I will be replacing with fibre in this day and age.
You cannot even speak to support and they have outsourced it to India, there is also no communication. All round pathetic.

I am not happy, it is midday now and no one has contacted me to arrange site visit etc. Lets stop wasting peoples time, I don't work for government and I cant keep making a plan. I am now going to process my cancellation and don't think about cancellation clauses etc. for that to be applicable there needs to be service which as you can clearly see there is none.
