Pathetic service.

I ordered a sim card for their off peak unlimited deal for R250.00pm. I waited a week for the sim card, tried to activate it for several days by calling them. Eventually a manager by the name of George said there's a fault with the sim and they will send another. I received the new sim, called to activate again and they say the same thing. Each time I call I'm on the call for 15 mins with every agent giving me the same excuses but not one offering a solution. I called today and requested a call back as I've been calling too many times, a lady by the name of Shantelle said she cannot promise a call back as there are other calls. Where's the customer service? And her attitude was something else all together. Reading all of the negative reviews now, I should just cancel the service before I encounter more problems. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
