Pathetic service

I ordered the R699 package on the 23rd but the item is still not yet delivered. I tried to contact them with no joy. I have sent several email and no one came back to us to arrange delivery. I went to the live chat from the 24th till date with no luck of getting assistance. I suggest that you do not order or even consider buying their service because you will not get any service. I went to the live chat and I was on the queue forever till the stupid page times out and reconnect then kicks you out so you can start the queue all over again. I need someone to contact me urgently before I cancel the stupid purchase. I have never experienced such a pathetic service for a company that deals with internet and data but they are unable to reach out to their client and worse the client cannot reach then in time of need
