Pathetic Service

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service I received now for the second time. I paid my Rain account last month on the 26th and the account should still be active today as today is the 26th. I also changed my payment date to the 1st as there is no option to select 27th as my salary date. Support cannot assist me because the account is on my girlfriend's name however she did send an email yesterday giving me permission to access the account. Payment is made every month from my bank account as my details are on as person paying. Seems like if Rain gets their money they don't care but if I have an issue they cannot assist me. WHY IS MY SERVICE OFF 2 DAYS BEFORE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE. PATHETIC SERVICE.
