pathetic service

Rain deserves a zero on rating. We have called several times for the poor service delivery. They have have claimed that our area has 4G signal and there are plenty of towers around us but the worst signal and reception. We have been complaining for months on end and its quiet frustrating as we are reliant on Rain to provide their service as promised but it goes on deaf ears. This company needs to reported to ICASA and the OMBUDMAN for pathetic service. We work from home and our kids are home schooling. In addition to the subscriptions we pay to Rain which is absolutely pathetic service, we have to pay for data service from other companies. rain should refund us our monies and close it's operation.
