Pathetic Service

I have been contacting rain for the past two months and im not getting any assistance, their consultants are *********** they do not know how to assist client and meet their needs. I had a 250 rain package and upgraded to a 499 package, however i have been debited for both services and i dont even have an idea as to why am i being debited twice, i contacted them they are telling me stories instead of helping me, i now want to cancel the services and requested them to halt the subscription, however im not it is not possible how on earth is that, rain is useless and have poor service, can they just come collect their router i dont want their services anymore and i will be informing all my friends that i recommended their product to cancel it because the do not comply with all the TCF outcomes.
