PATHETIC SERVICE!

I am SUPER disappointed in the service or lack thereof! I have logged 3 tickets already and have received NO contact or assistance from any of the people on service duty. I had to call in every time and none of them could solve the issue that I have! No internet connection or then it says connection without internet. EVERY WEEKEND the same thing!!!! How is it that they don't know what the issue is? They promise to escalate the problem, but I have waited about a week and I am still to hear from them!
