PATHETIC SERVICE
I've called and raised numerous tickets and my network and speed. I've begged for a technician to come assist at my premises. I've begged for my router to be changed to the heavier version as my area has nightmare connectivity. I'm paying for a premium service but my doped is less than 35. I'm being ********** and still getting pathetic service. Right now I do now have connectivity since yesterday. Can I just get what I am paying, begging and pleading for
