Pathetic service!!!!!!
What a disaster. I'm highly disappointed and extremely angry the service I got from the rain team after making a payment a week ago the courier guy tells me. Yesterday he cannot leave my package been calling and calling the office all they do is logg a complaint who does that I've never in my life experienced such pathetic communication skills.... I'm Taking my business elsewhere I will not even advice my worst enemy to do business with them up untill now no communication no delivery. I have asked for my money to be refunded guess what they telling me I have to wait for 10 working days.... I'm losing clients and Business.

15 Nov 2021, 09:38What necessary documents when ur consultant call me I've made it clear that my original was ****** along with my purse but I have a temporary ID witch expired 5days ago...... Knowing that we facing difficulties at home affairs due to covid its difficult to get my ID..... After explaining all that u still asked me to make the payment n promised that my temporary ID would not be a problem..... I want my money back today or I will take further action again your company
