Pathetic service

I strongly urge people to consider their options very carefully when subscribing to Rain.

On the 10 August 2023 I contacted Rain to set up an account with them. The profile was set up, the payment link request was sent through by Rain and paid immediately by me.. I was informed it would take 3 to 5 working days for the delivery to happen and that the day before the delivery the courier would contact me the day before to confirm the delivery details. I called on day 4 to inform them I had not received a call from the courier and was told to wait till the end of day 5. I did so. I was then told they will contact the courier and have them call me. Nothing happened. I called the next day and informed them again, still no joy, this time I was told that I would receive a call within the hour to advise me of the progress. No call. Today on the 21st I called again and was told the order was only placed on the 18th and that the supervisor would call me back shortly. Still no call. I did however receive another email saying it would take 3 to 5 working days for delivery. (A delivery I was supposed to have received already the day before they claim the order was placed.)

I have all the emails supporting the facts as laid out by me.

I now understand why Rain do not give their head office details. You have no way of taking the issue further other than through their *********** customer service department.

Sadly they don't have a rating less than one star or I would have given them an even lower rating.
