PATHETIC SERVICE

Honestly one star is too high of a rating for this kind of service ! Signal is absolutely terrible yet Rain has increased monthly premiums and without missing take their monthly payment but when it comes to service delivery you guys are pathetic honestly. This is the worst service I have ever received, it’s a waste of money honestly, I would not recommend Rain to anyone.Customer service is non-existent, wonder what all your call center people must be up to hay🤔,look into that , because no one is ever available to assist, this is a joke honestly. Come on guys ! , this is a service I am paying for and I expect customer service at the same level . Even coming to leave Rain a review is a waste of my time the service is so ridiculous, I should just move on to something better because there are literally tons of other Internet service providers who could do a whole lot better than this by simply just providing customer service when needed!….connectivity problems here and there are inevitable I get that totally!, but as a business you should have a SLA set for these kind of events to get your clients up and running ASAP as in the duration of this down time I am still obligated to pay the full amount for ******* … almost 2 weeks straight with little to no Internet connection .What am I actually paying for ???!’ I want to be reimbursed for the entire duration I was not able to use the Internet connection!
