Pathetic /Rip-off

Most pathetic service experience ever. I had a contract with Rain where I paid R589 for unlimited wifi. I then took out an unlimited 5G loop contract out for my son for R679 Then I decided to also upgrade to rain loop. I specifically asked for unlimited wifi data and when we installed the new router they asked for a specific address so that the unlimited wifi be activated and whenever I move the router I have a capped amount of data for 11GB . All of a sunnden the 11GB ran out and they tell me I have to top up. Why must I top up if I asked for unlimited Wifi plan. So what was I billed for. R1993 for 11GB if I paid R589 in the first place for unlimited data. Does that even make sense for any normal person. Pathetic at its best. So now we can't use it as it is not compatible for the area we stay in. Real rip-off.
