Pathetic Rain support
Almost 2 days down. I phoned 8 times already and still no feedback or ETA. Pathetic service and the worst support. I am paying for the premium 100mbps but getting 0.05kbps if at all. Terrible Rain Terrible absolutely pathetic. Worst ISP support company ever
