Pathetic Rain SUPPORT

Rain 4G Pathetic Service ********** Rain is really setting the standards for pathetic service, No aftermarket support services. Complaint a few times and still my issues are not RESOLVED. I have requested my PUK number from RAIN on the 10 July 2020 to which I received and automated response with a reference ***. Since then, I have received no correspondence and no one has contacted me. I have since then sent 2 other messages with NO RESPONSE. I have not used the sim card since. Hellopeter is the only channel where some response is received. Thanks
