BAD/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY - RAIN MOTTO. I called call centre January 2025 for poor connection and still waiting for their response. I received an email saying HELP IS ON THE WAY till date. I called again on the 20th February 2025 to cancel my contract, and was on the line with consultant for more than 30 minutes and told to expect an email confirming cancellation within 10 minutes after the call. Nothing till date. I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE BILL END OF MARCH 2025. Why are you still in business when you can't even offer customer service? From 2020 to date and Rain is giving me middle finger for my loyalty.
