Pathetic Rain Service

pathetic. When you log a fault, you get a notification same time for logging the fault. A few days later, i get a email asking if the issue as been resolved to which i reply "no". Then a week later, i get a email asking me to rate their service. ***. How is it possible that service like this is allowed in our country. proof that large company's like this don't give a **** about it's exiting clientele that helped to get it where they are now. You can't call them directly anymore so we have to just sit & wait for them to sort it out at their Leisure for a problem that is on their end yet we are still paying for the service that they can't provide.
