PATHETIC RAIN SERVICE

What a disaster. Rain upgraded my lind speed about 3 months ago and now I have to live with the mess. For some reason I now have a messed up modem, sim, signal as speed as nothing works. But hell their debit order is the first to go off, but don't think you get the service for it. The error NO NETWORK or SEARCHING FOR NETWORK or only being able to download till 24% is my net catch frase. I havd been without WiFi for the past week and had 2 technicians here yesterday and still no resolution. Just have a good weekend. I wonder if the CEO and Founders of Rain know how their name is bring draged through the mud. This is a pathetic service provider with pathetic service. I would not revommend them to ANYONE.
