Pathetic Rain service

Hallo. Ofcource the full amount need to be credited to my account.

Secondly. I have logged multiple service logs on the rain app.
My internet do NOT work id it is loadshedding.
This need to be resolved soonest.
Your servers at the towers is NOT connected on UPs units.
My wifi router IS connected on UPS unit that is powered ON during loadshedding.
I am awaitin gon a response.

How many times do a person need to log a call. How many times do a person need to phone and log a call. Nothing is done in regards of no service id it is loadshedding.
The mony i spend on Data because no internet during loadshedding AND the money i spend to call rain to log a call.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Rain take money (more than they should) and do not deliver a service.... this is theft. AND cost a person more to buy external data.

Will this be fixed???????

"Please note that our 5G network has a high energy/power demand and performance thereof is heavily reliant on the availability of power. Therefore, when there’s load shedding our 5G network will be interrupted and go down. A measure is backup battery storage, in the form of lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries, which can be charged when power is available and discharged during load-shedding. Unfortunately, these batteries and generators, used at mobile towers, are a prime target for *******. "

Rain you are not telling the truth. All other networks that is also 5G work around my area accecpt rain.....

You need to up your service............ soonest

The 5G network MUST be on regardless if its loadshedding. ALL OTHER NETWORK on 5G in my area work during loadshedding.

Fix you network as its costing me more and its not acceptable.

Our 4Gand 5G network is reliant on power from the national grid. Therefore, when there is load shedding or power outages our 4G and 5G network may be interrupted and services affected. Rain cannot guarantee continued service during power outages and loadshedding. Rain shall not be liable to the consumer for service interruptions caused by a power service provider. "

Just to be clear. The home router is not supp**** by external power therefore rain is not responsible for the home router to have power during loadshedding.

The rain transmitter at the towers
must have continious power.


Rain is defnetly not a good network to have
