PATHETIC RAIN NETWORK SPEEDS

I'm new to Rain and must say the the network and customer support is pathetic I'm on an unlimited plan and speeds are pathetic, I'm lucky if I get even pass 4 kbps, Rain advertise 10mbps on unlimited 4G but but once activated not even getting 0,01% of the advertising speeds, I'm using a Huawei B315 router, cannot even connect thru wifi as speeds are far below 1kbps but have full signal, do not get even feedback from support, thus is false advertising, it takes a few minutes for even a message to go through, didnt even get the 19 day free usage but wen it came to debiting my account, that went through same time, plz kindly sort this issue Tried contact support many times, no response
