Pathetic Rain ISP

I have had nothing less than terrible service the last 6 months, I kept complaining and I am ignored,today the service is nonexistent

When I write them a mail they respond once then ignore me this is by far the worst ever service provider, I had no less than 6 families join Rain, I feel I’ve been helping building the brand, just to get this kind of service, In the past someone rep**** to the email saying the case has been resolved, I have stacks of emails that I tell them who says the problem has been resolved, And still no one tried to follow up When I complain on the MyBroadband forum one asked for my details, did absolutely nothing still the service is pathetic, how can these kind of businesses exist and keep giving horrible service?
