I have been battling to download a video almost the whole of the afternoon. I PAY Rain for FAST internet unlimited except between 6pm - 11pm. The network battles to maintain 50kb/s. It is beyond PATHETIC. Also, don't believe them when their BOT automatically replies to your review by LYING that they will be in touch.
