Pathetic online/customer services.

The data packages seem affordable however getting into contact for online support is appalling. The waiting period is so long like 03 hours, the chats keep disconnecting whilst you in the queue. Not failing to mention that they initially have a "bot" assisting you. I never got an actual reply via email for assistance apart from automated "no-reply" correspondence which was in the least helpful. There is no real contact where you can pick up the phone and speak to "a person".
