Pathetic (Non Existent) Support and Service

Pathetic service and support. My 5G has been down for almost a week. Even after emphasizing the urgency as this is being used in a medical practice, no one has even bothered to call me once. I have called numerous times requesting action but NOTHING!!! Asked for a manager to call me....NOTHING!!!
