Pathetic No Integrity

I rightfully gave my one month notice to this Pathetic Rain customer care department, the router was picked up in the box nicely packaged on the 5th March , I still did Not receive my refund, all I got was Escalation after escalation, the Service is unbelievable. Ref no 193536 ,***6, ***9 , ***8 , There is No integrity whatsoever, I will In my Life refer anyone to this network, You will Never get your money back
