PATHETIC NETWORK SIGNAL AND SERVICE

Rain, you might as well just take off all your equipment and sell it to someone who has better business sense... Especially in the rural areas and smaller towns, because your support structure outside of major metros is just non existant... I have reported an issue, and ranted on this platform for two weeks now, and yet you are unable to sort this issue... Your after sales service is pathetic, ir rather, the lack of service is excellent... Your technicians have no clue what is going on, and try and shift the issue to the 'end user device' all of the time... When are you going to realise that you were just not meant to deliver a service outside of large meyro areas... I have been receiving a fair signal of around 7-9Mbps for the past year or so, but all of a sudden my signal is down to below 3Mbps, most of the time around 1.4Mbps... I have direct LOS to your closest PoP, with nothing inbetween to affect signal, and yet your technicians keep asking me to 'move the device', 'use the SIM in another device', 'switch of and reboot your device', and blah blah blah... Never ever owning up to the issue possibly being at your site... What kind of circus are you running or are your technicians just 'fresh out of school' and lack the required experience... Get your service up to stansard, because currently service at Rain is just a myth...
