Pathetic network provider

This has got to be the worst network provider in South Africa. I have endless problems staying connected to the internet and no one seems interested in resolving my support requests I send through. I keep getting disconnected from my home WiFi and when I am connected the speed is ridiculously slow. I've sent through queries but no one bothers responding.
