Pathetic network provider

Rain it's been 2 full weeks without internet. I have been told that the towers are down. I advised Rain to send a technician as the router on the roof is damaged.no one came or called. As soon as fibre is ready I'm moving over to fibre and I'm taking all the people recommended by me to that provider I'm moving to.
