Pathetic network performance for a 4G Network

Network coverage map shows 4G Coverage, 8 x Base stations around me, yet still Max Upload and Download speed I can get is 1Mbps up and down (MAX). Battled for more than an hour to load a message on support - requesting they cancel my account after 4 days and require a full refund. Network performance is an embarrassment really, do not ever sign up for this network, you will be disappointed.
