Pathetic network and useless call center

After being a rain customer for more than 5 years, I feel very dissapointed with their services. Almost 2 weeks without wifi network. I have tried all avenues to get assistance but no avail. They talk about the tower that is not working. I guess the tower has not been working for sometime and they just don't care. I upgraded to their rain one option thinking that I will have 5g network but the router has never connected to 5g , only 4g, to the point where it hasn't worked completely for the past two weeks and yet we must pay for the full service every month! I want my refund!
