Pathetic network

We have upgraded to the rain 5g and been having problems with the router ..since saturday they have been apparently trying to sort it out up until this morning still no feedback just escolate .No man this is very pathetic.

We need the WiFi but regretting this.

Really won't recommend this because as long as the have the money they do not care!!!!
