pathetic network

i have been complaining to rain for over a month about connection. my WIFI only works from ]morning till 4 pm and from 4pm we struggle with connection to no connection most of the time , Saturday and Sunday no connection at all, I've contacted then and they told me to reboot and switch off for 30 min which we do always when we call them but still no assistance. I want to cancel and they refuse .
