Pathetic network

I have been having endless connectivity problems I keep on phoning client services which never helps instead I get empty promises and still no connection I am paying for uncapped Wi-Fi monthly but I have no service most of the time rain is full of excuses and never solution . If I do not get any assistance in this matter I will cancel my subscription with you, please send a technician out ASAP
