PATHETIC ISP

Consultant tells me there are 6 towers around us we will get speeds of 500mbps and UP 1 tower is ONE BLOCK away from us. Speeds we got was between 8mbps and 28mbps. After a long while they called back and said due to the terrain we cannot achieve the speeds. I asked for my money back and they do not want to guarantee a full refund. Now they already tried to send the courier to pick the unit up without my refund??!!
