Pathetic ISP
1 star is too much for Rain ISP. I've been having numerous problems with Rain ISP. I've made 3 separate payments for internet as my package was canceled by their billing department 2 without my consent and still don't have any internet and I've spent so much more money on airtime as I've been told different stories from their customer service agents.
