PATHETIC ISNT THE WORD!!
what a pathetic excuse of a service provider ! i cancelled my rain last year they continued to bill me and now have handed me over you try to call them and you hold for 30mins then get cut then they call you back but nobody speaks on the other lines , i will not pay for something i did not use and have not used in over and year and i will not pay for something i cancelled sort yourself out and do better and get a better call centre with people that know what they are doing !
