Pathetic internet that doesn't work

I have internet blackout for hours a day and im paying for unlimited data. I have had 4 technicians at my house they always say different things' you far from the tower or you close to the tower we not sure what the problem is.

In the last 3 weeks I have made more then twenty calls with my airtime, I called Monday 15/11/2021 to request for cancellation but no one has bothered to call me and fetch this router. I called today again to check the progress of the cancellation but the guy I spoke to told me he will escalate for what when its been two days already. He told me I will billed this month for data that I didnt use.

Please collect your router its off from Friday evening and the other days as well.

last ref is ***0, I'm exhausted I don't have internet, I cant watch TV, my sister cant do school work, please act fast because of not paying you a cent this month.
