Pathetic internet service and customer support
The sign-up process was ill communicated but otherwise painless. Unfortunately, the connection has been the absolute worst I have ever had. I am using the 4G service in Bloemfontein, with two towers about 0.5km away from me. I am not getting more than 1 Mbps download on the best of days and my latency is consistently 800 ms - 2000 ms.
I have logged many support requests, some with no response and other will plainly *********** responses after days of waiting. My latest request has been open for 12 days and nothing has been done.
Pathetic internet service, and pathetic customer support. I will not support this company again.
I am literally buying mobile data to participate in meetings because rain is simply not reliable.

You sent this on 28 Jun. The agent only contacted me on the 7th of July shortly before 8 pm. I couldn't accept the call at that time and asked her to call me back after 30 minutes. I received an email update saying I requested to be called 30 minutes later.
Of course, the call didn't come 30 minutes later. In fact, it's the 22nd July today and I still haven't gotten the call back from the agent.
I sent a follow-up mail on the 15th of July and I am yet to hear anything.
I reiterate: rain is simply not reliable.
